A BIT ABOUT ME
Your Elite Soccer Academy Trainer
Based in the greater San Fernando Valley area, I have been training athletes since 1994.
I strongly believe in being active, healthy and developing the proper techniques. But I’m also extremely passionate about the game and ready to help you improve yours. I’ve been told I’m engaging patient and understanding, and I give each player the individual guidance they need to exceed their potential. I am also a certified referee.
I played Soccer growing up before it's popularity grew to that of today. I spent 5 years, from 1976 to 1980 involved with the NASL professional Soccer League, names like Pele, Best, Beckenbauer, Cruyff, Banks, Marsh, Mueller, Moore, and so many others did their best to bring soccer to the forefront here in the USA.

Improve Your Game
Elite Soccer Academy offers a variety of classes for different athletic levels and sports needs. If you’re looking to improve your game and take it to the next level, you can find the support and resources you need right here. Additionally, I personally consult with every single client to understand each one’s unique goals. Because with Elite Soccer Academy, every athlete matters.
We also offer Coach Mentoring for those who want to up their game !
PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS
I’ll teach you the ins and outs of the game. The 4 aspects: Technical, Tactical, Physical, and Psycho-Social. I offer Personal Training Sessions year-round for clients of any age and experience level with emphasis on elementary and middle school age players, high school players welcome too. It’s a great opportunity for athletes to boost their performance, with measurable improvements during each session. Class is for 1 or 2 players maximum. GROUP SESSIONS
Group Sessions include similar drills and lessons as our personal sessions. I know that practice makes permanent… so keep training with me and have fun while you learn. Schedule a class today.
A TRAINER’S CAREER
Sport is in My Blood
Since 1994, I have been training athletes to reach their full potential. I am currently a Soccer Trainer in the Greater LA Area, having worked with some of the top athletes here. I am well known for helping young players reach new heights, as well as for my calm, focused, and educational training style infused with occasional humor to keep things entertaining.
SECTION COACH TRAINER
I have Coached in the AYSO program for 25+ years,and I am an Advanced Coach Instructor and one of only 4 Section Level Coach Trainers teaching Advanced and Intermediate level certification classes to coaches desiring new higher level certifications.
I have also been Coaching multiple teams at BOCA JR.'s LA Club for 6 years, and at Cleveland Charter High School in Reseda now going on my 11th season.
Last season Section 10, with over 68,000 kids playing and 11, 000 coaches, I was selected as Coach of the year. Largely in part I believe because the kids always come first, as does development.
We are hopeful there will be a club and especially a High School season this year, however we must choose the safest option for our kids.
To that end, our training will be online, with emphasis on skill development in a positive environment that is critical to our kids development and growth without compromising safety.
Whether it's at BOCA with my Club team or privately through Elite Soccer Academy I am excited to continue training these wonderful young adults to reach their full potential without the negativity and pressures that normally permeate the club scene.
We also play close attention to additional player safety situations, such as limiting training to static exercises rather than dynamic during days of high heat.
POSITIVES
We have a program designed for indoor training, so distance and/or inclement weather does not affect ongoing sessions !! We ca also customize a session to an individual players needs !

Some clubs are training daily and pushing their players hard, others are training in parks without permits and subject to fines & risking kids health playing on top of each other, hugging, etc.
If your primary focus is on winning above all else, perhaps our training is not for you.
We believe primary focus is on the process, and the results will take care of themselves as they always do.
Players can be the smartest and fittest on the pitch, however if their ball control skills won't allow them to do what they know is needed, all the knowledge, conditioning, and physicality means nothing.
Training consists of some conditioning and a high concentration of ball control skills, enabling our players to implement their tactical awareness to achieve success in competition.

Game time is for the players;
elite coaches are calm on the
sideline with pad and pen doing their homework so as to properly plan
their next training session based on what they see in real time game situation.
Think of a dress rehearsal for a play..director running around like maniac
fixing things. Did you ever see one
yell at actors or jump on stage to
make a correction on opening night in front of live audience? I think not.
